Other then the amazing influence of my little boy, Crossfit and my gym family has had the most amazing impact on my life. I love it!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
I incorporate running into my workout schedule outside of Crossfit.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
My 1 year anniversary will be April 11th YAY!!!
