How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat decently portioned meals with high protein for recovery and build muscle.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
When I was younger I wanted to be a gymnast, but since I couldn't afford the training I chose to stretch almost everyday and build my flexibility and chose to do every sport I possibly could while in Junior High and mainly High school such as: Football, Track & Field, Power-lifting, and Wrestling and continue to play recreational sports to have some fun and learn something new.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have completed the CrossFit Level 1 certificate course
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I train other people
I plan to get my Level 1 certification as soon as I am able to.
