How I Eat

I eat strict Paleo

I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week

In 2012, my wife started transitioning our family to a Primal-Paleo diet. My biggest weakness is dessert.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

As my work schedule permits, M/W/F at Guerilla Fitness in Morristown at 515am.

Prior to CrossFit, I was out of shape and intimidated by weight training. Guerrilla Fitness's coaches and athletes have been incredibly supportive in my efforts. Thank you to all of you.
