How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I've been eating paleo since April 2012. I gave up dairy for a month in January & now consume way less than previously. I cheat here & there, but overall have done a good job staying on track.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I spent 12 years at traditional gyms lifting weights & trying to get in some cardio, but never doing a great job of being consistent with either. I'm so much stronger and fitter after 18 months of CrossFit!

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
