My Experience With CrossFit
My husband dragged me kicking and screaming over two years ago. One class and I couldnt move. A year later, a new gym with far more personality and nice people... now I am hooked.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
A very impressive gal from iceland once said, "It's like my happy hour." Days off mean time to hit it hard.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Long enough to no longer tolerate those who have every excuse in the book for their fat, lazy ways. I now workout next to guys and gals far older with far longer histories, who can kick my arse without blinking. When I started, I thought I was "in shape." I have since been shown otherwise.
