I played college sports
I was a competitive swimmer for over 20 years. I swam at The University of Kentucky in college -All American -SEC Champion -3 Time Olympic Trials Qualifier

I purchased a Groupon and I have been hooked since :-)

I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I listen to my body, if I need a rest day, I take it!
