I eat mostly meat and veggies and tons of other carbs. I am not Paleo. Paleo doesn't work for athletes.
How I Train
5 days on 2 active rest. Rarely do doubles. Mostly listen to my body.

Lacrosse in College. Basically every sport growing up.
My Experience With CrossFit
2 years. Competed in Asia in 2011. Got 2nd at Regionals. Been with FRCF since Nov 2011.
