How I Eat
I eat mostly meat and veggies and many other carbs. I am not Paleo. Paleo hasn't worked for me as an athlete.
How I Train
5 days on 2 active rest. Rarely do doubles. Mostly listen to my body.
My Athletic Background
USTA National level tennis player in junior high and high school. Played club water polo in high school as well. However, ended up playing lacrosse in College at Pepperdine. I basically touched every other sport growing up.
My Experience With CrossFit
Started officially in 2011. Competed in Asia in 2011. Got 2nd at Regionals. 2 time Games athlete for team.
