I've done Crossfit for 1 year and 3 months and have never been as fit. I am always improving and enjoying what I do. I use Crossfit as a training source for High School football and am at the top of my game for people my age. Let's go fellow Crossfitters... bring on the SWAG!
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I have done my best to eat meats, vegetables, and little guten. I have been some what paleo and have a pre and after work out shake with whey protein.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I work out at Crossfit Reflexion and all is well. My coach Shawn Wilson, Jesse Udom, and my mother Joy Bruening who got 4 in the masters in The Crossfit Games in 2012 all work hard and do a very nice job pushing me to my limit and making me be successful.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Since I am only 14 years old I have not had the experience with a professional or college sport. I hope Crossfit will bring me to that level one day, and I hope I can make it in the Games one day as well.

I train other people
I have trained by myself and with others. We can all do simular things people just do things at different times and different weight.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I am going through the age were I'm constantly growing, eating, and sleeping. I am told to rest and eat well so I can work hard and rebuild the muscle I am supposed to. Resting is one of the bigest factors to gaining muscle.
