I've done Crossfit for 3 years and 3 months. I am always improving and enjoying what I do. I use Crossfit as training for High School football and am at the top of my game. I am a running back and a defensive end, and I'm looking forward to another year in the open and the up coming football season.

How I Eat

I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount

I do my best to eat high quality meats, vegetables, and small amounts of gluten. I have been some what paleo and have a pre and after work out shake.

How I Train

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I have a coach who determines my programming

I record my workouts

I work out at Crossfit Reflexion and all is well. My coach Shawn Wilson, Jesse Udom, and my mother Joy Bruening who got 3rd in the masters in The Crossfit Games in 2013 all work hard, and do a very nice job pushing me to my limit and making me be successful.

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports

Since I am only 15 years old I have not had the experience with a professional or college sport. I hope Crossfit will bring me to that level one day, and I hope I can make it in the Games one day as well.

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I train other people

I have trained by myself and with others. We can all do simular things people just do things at different times and different weight.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week

I typically rest 4 or more days per month

I am going through the age were I'm constantly growing, eating, and sleeping. I am told to rest and eat well so I can work hard and rebuild the muscle I am supposed to. Resting is one of the bigest factors to gaining muscle.

How long have you been doing CrossFit?

2-4 years
