How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat healthy foods and try to stay away from processed stuff but I don't go crazy about it. I drink a beer here and there and am defiantly not going to turn down a donut or a pice of pizza. Diet is important but so is good food and being happy.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I train with a legit crew at DCF! I also mix in a lot of sports and fitness into my training. I race walk like a madman, I try to get in a mountain bike ride every week or so, I also like to hike and I am currently trying to do yoga once a week. I also never turn down an opportunity to play sports at school, mostly hoops, vball, and rugby.

Football and rugby... Go Gaels! I also won a $100, a t-shit and a bag of protein powder in a local comp once so I guess that makes me a pro athlete as well
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)
I have attended one or more specialty courses
I started crossfit back in the day before it was cool... I ended up joining DCF after they caught me sneaking into their free class for second time, I panicked and joined on the spot, luckily DCF is the most legit spot around and it is where all the cool kids eat lunch.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
Focusing on overall fitness.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I use to lift weights to be good a sports, then I lifted weights to be good at crossfit but now I'm doing crossfit to be good at sports....
