How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Kinda oves paleo, been eating pretty healthy foods but when Armageddon happens I would like to be able to eat a loaf of bread without wanting to die.
How I Train
I train with a legit crew at DCF!
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
Football and rugby... Go Gaels!
My Experience With CrossFit
I like to think i have a lot of crossfit experience but my dcf coaches are still lightyears ahead of me. I have been one of the more scrubby looking bros competing in the games the last few years, my team is always legit and constantly proving that you don't have to look good to be good. Crossfit is chill and pretty fun!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I workout a fair amount but if you ask Ben he will say this is a lie... I do lots of chill skill work and try to lift heavy weights but it is often hard on petite frame so I require more rest than the average bear. I complete multiple workouts per week but always put a priority on rest and recovery, an injured athlete is a loser and I would rather be a winner! Training with some of the best athletes in crossfit makes it easy to stay motivated and keeps you at the top of your game.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I use to lift weights to be good a sports, now I do crossfit.... It's kind of like a sport; so I like it,
