How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I try to eat the same thing everyday. I am not paleo but I try to avoid bread or pasta. 1 cheat dessert a week.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
Unaffiliated. I train at home with friends :)

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
5 days a week with some extra morning sessions working on weaknessess. Mobility as much as possible.
