How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat "Paleo" for the most part- lots of veggies and meat, not much fruit, some nuts, a few servings of quality fat per day.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming

My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I swam competitively through elementary, high school, and college. I was a personal trainer for two years after graduating college. I competed in Muay Thai kickboxing for four years. I discovered the amazing world of CrossFit about almost 3 years ago.
