Married to Liz Seda, we have 3 beautiful children Walniel, Nailiz and Myaneliz. I have been in the Army for 11 years, currently stationed at Fort Drum, NY. I started CrossFit in April of 2012, it has been the best thing that's ever happened to me. It helped me take my PT (Physical Fitness) score from a 261 to 349, achieving the highest PT score in my company. I train at No Remorse CrossFit in Watertown, NY. CrossFit is what I love to do, I train to get better and be the best at what I do.
