Not much to add here. I show up my local Box 6 days a week and get my ass handed to me by folks regardless of Gender, Age, or Size.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
Food is food. This is probably one of the reasons why I workout 6 days a week.. Without Crossfit, my pants wouldn't fit and I would be invisible to the opposite sex.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I consider the folks I train with on a regular basis to be a part of my extended, albeit highly dysfunctional family.

I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I used to get great...in my own mind.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
And I still can't do a muscle-up, Handstand Pushup, or Double Unders. I'll need to follow up with the management at my Box to get to the bottom of this...
