How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Fresh wholesome food. Ideally sticking to the paleo guidelines.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I write my own programming
I record my workouts
I train at Crossfit Active & Oly lift at triumph weightlifting club. When I'm not training at my box ill be training at my garage gym (personal training studio, CLF- Coaching, Lifestyle & Fitness).
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I used to be a high level NSW representative soccer player. -Late last year i competed in my first lifting competition and in my second attempt at a comp i became the youth 58kg category NSW olympic lifting champion so that was pretty exciting for me :)

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
First got into CrossFit as I broke my foot playing soccer. I used CrossFit as an alternative way to train while injured and since then I've never looked back!
