How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat as I please. I consciously avoid sugar when I can but don't refuse when I feel like it.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
I train 5/6 times a week with Wed/Sun as my days off currently.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 1x a week
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
I started CrossFit at the beginning of February and have been loving every day of it!
