I eat strict Paleo and hardly ever have a cheat. They usually make me feel like crap so it just isn't worth it to stray from Paleo.

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week
I do one session a day on M/W/F/S, two sessions a day on T/Th, and sit on the couch on Sundays.
