I eat Paleo "lite" - No wheat, rice or sugar and avoid/minimize dairy, starches. Almost always organic and mostly local.

I usually only do 1 workout a day

How long have you been doing CrossFit?
On and off since the summer of 2006. Consistently since July 2012
