I eat fairly clean, carb up on after heavy lifting days

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Athletic Background

I played youth or high school level sports

I regularly play recreational sports

I played Youth sports since the age of 5, wrestling, baseball, football, basketball and track. After high school i played Flag Football, Volleyball and for 2 years trained in Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai and Faught in MMA

My Experience With CrossFit

I began CrossFit by trying it alone (without a coach)

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)

I train other people

After high school was introduced to CrossFit and i would do WODs off the main site. Two years later while training for my first MMA fight I found a local affiliate.

My Work/Rest Schedule

I do multiple workouts in a day 2x a week

I typically rest fewer than 4 days per month

I do 2-a-days every other day and listen to my body when i need to rest
