I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I train three times a week with the best ever coach - Tristin Turner at CrossFit Vitality. Truly the best!!!!

My Work/Rest Schedule
I workout three times a week with my trainer - Tristin Turner - and attempt to workout at least two times a week at home. Dang, working full time, it gets in the way of my workouts!
