I eat strict Paleo

I eat Paleo unless for a special event - birthdays, holidays, vacations - I may splurge just a bit.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I workout three times a week with my trainer - Tristin Turner - and attempt to workout at least two times a week at home. Dang, working full time, it gets in the way of my workouts!
