Played sports my hole life growing up from T-ball to kid pitch, Basketball. Play high school football and wrestled, After High school I took some time off from any sort of sports. Then got back into weight training at your local run of the mill 24 hour fitness. got pretty big into training but got burned out took some time off then I got into Wrestling again brazilan jiu-jitsu. did that for a little over a year. then I found Crossfit something that makes me leave the gym in pain everyday love it!
