I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I pick things up and put them down!

I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
And even still I am a fledgling at Crossfit.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started mere months ago at the best Crossfit gym in the Tidewater area of VA - Crossfit Oyster Point!!
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Whenever my gym hours and work hours align just so.
