I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
RedVines and Tropical citrus Vitamin water are the best!!! ;)

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I ran for Top Flight Elite as unattached athlete for about 4 years trying to chase the dream of every track and field athlete!!
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Crossfit is VERY Humbling and enjoying every minute of it!!!
