I got into crossfit a little over two years ago with the encouragement of my husband. I had our second child and was feeling depressed because I was out of shape and just not happy with myself. Going to the gym was boring and I needed something else to motivate myself. Crossfit seemed to be the answer to my problem and I've been hooked ever since. This year is going to be the first time that I will be doing the open just to measure my progress so far. I'm much more outgoing, positive, happier wife and mother because of crossfit.
