How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Just finished a 30 Day Paleo Challenge; came in 3rd with a 2.5% reduction in Body Fat!!! I'm strictish w/ Paleo...prices are kind of harsh, but i'm very aware of what I'm eating. Do a mean #mealprepsunday and go hard with recipes and Buffy my food processor. Yes, I named her. #BuffyTheFoodSlayer
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I'm in the box 4-5 times a week; incorporate slow cardio/interval cardio before each WOD (about 20 minutes), and work to take active rest days, i.e. take a cardio, tone, ab class or take the day off.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I was always athletic; but about 4 years ago I really got in the gym when I had a life changing event; the gym became my go-to. Two years ago I got a trainer and lost weight, but hated the lack of information, i.e. why I'm doing what i'm doing. It was a globo gym experience: 30 Minute session, once a week for about what i'm paying for unlimited CrossFit classes now.
