How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I'm pretty much a weekday Paleo eater. Almost all my groceries are Paleo and I'd say all my meal but one or two during the week are Paleo. During the weekend its a 50/50 split of Paleo and whatever I want.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I record my workouts
Crossfit Chicago 3-4 days a week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
High School: Track (sprinter), football and basketball. College: Co-ed cheerleading Rec Sports: Men's and co-ed softball, dodgeball, everything else I can play
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
Usually workout 4x per week with Wednesday or Thursday being a rest day as well as the weekend.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Began in the Fall of 2011 at CFC.
