I started CrossFit, June 25, 2012 after competing for several years in the NPC, Men's Physique division. I have been in the gym, working out, since 1995 and remained consistent. I CrossFit & weight train about 5-6 days a week.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Paleo = 80% & Shakes, Bars, Supplements = 20%
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I mainly do Koda Athlete - based upon the CrossFit Football Methodology.
