How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat whatever is convenient
Not a believer in strict Paleo, low GI carbs form the basis of my diet as I tend to focus on endurance events.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
Crossfit is there to support my adventure racing (although I probably spend more time at the box than I should)
My Athletic Background
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Lacrosse and Adventure Racing are my main sports. Although AR includes pretty much everything, running, cycling, kayaking, orienteering, swimming etc.
