live in North West Arkansas from 2005, moved from Northern Calif, Redding. Work as a nurse in cardiovascular surgery. Started Crossfit 11/09 @ CFNWA. With so many mobility problems, it's hard to believe I was functioning at all. Have worked to solve some of those problems,still a long way to go. Have had the opportunity to drop in at several CF, CF flagstaff, CF Santa Clara, CF Pleasanton, CF North State, CF 530, CF Redding, Got to say we have a great community in Crossfit. But nothing is like being home at CFNWA, great trainers and great owners Lee & Jen Kelly. Like to build equipment for CFNWA, pull up cages, box's (box jump) weight rack, kb rack, bar holders, flying pull up bars, cubby's for packs.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
try to stay as close to Paleo as I can, really helps that Peg my wife is on board with Paleo!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I played youth or high school level sports
Trained in martial arts.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Did P90x for 2 years, friend said I should try Crossfit. One class was all it took no more DVD p90x:)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
Just follow CF schedule, 3 on 1 off.
