How I Eat
I weigh and measure my food
I do my best without getting too freaky about it. I would say I eat clean, not strict Paleo though many of my meals end up being Paleo. I'm a mom and my family doesn't eat Paleo so, ya know. I try.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I go to my box 4-5 days a week. Every week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I have never been good at sports. This is the first time I feel strong and really athletic.
My Experience With CrossFit
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
Monday- Friday I workout when the kids are at school. Saturday and Sunday are family days.
