I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
I CrossFit 5 days a week and if I have time, throw in a 6th day of strict strength work to build lower body muscle that will translate to stronger hips for those Olympic lifts.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played various sports growing up including soccer, baseball, softball, and basketball. In high school, I played both varsity and junior varsity soccer in south Florida. As an adult, I did years of weightlifting prior to joining CrossFit in 2012. I participate year round in mud run obstacle courses like Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, and CMC as well as smaller 5k races. I also train clients on the side as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor.

I started CrossFit in January 2012 and have never looked back. I was previously a member of CrossFit Hoboken and switched to Reebok CrossFit 5th Avenue in October 2012.
