I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I CrossFit 5 days a week and throw in a 6th day of strict strength work. I also take a break dancing class once a week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
I played various sports growing up including soccer, baseball, softball, and basketball. In high school, I played both varsity and junior varsity soccer in south Florida. As an adult, I did years of weightlifting prior to joining CrossFit in 2012. I participate year round in obstacle course races like Spartan Race and CMC as well as smaller 5k races. I also train clients on the side as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. I have certifications with NASM (CPT, Nutrition Specialist, and Corrective Exercise Specialist) and CrossFit Level-1.

I started CrossFit in January 2012 and have never looked back. I was previously a member of CrossFit Hoboken and switched to Reebok CrossFit 5th Avenue in October 2012.
