I have only been doing Crossfit since middle of September 2012. I have a love/hate relationship with the workouts but ultimately CF has changed my life. I am healthier, stronger and happier since starting.
How I Eat
I eat strict Paleo
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I am very into Paleo. Because of Paleo I have been taken off of blood pressure medicine which has been a huge accomplishment for me.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I workout no less than 4 days a week but no more than 5 days per week. I am usually pretty strict on not working out on Wednesdays or Sundays.
