Eat every 2-3 hours... Always Hungry... Love to hit my meals on time and good quality foods...

I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts
I write my own programming
Train twice a day.. Working on developing skills and good form Endurance will pick up with time... getting fitter and fitter... Also working on developing more Strength and inner power... FAITH-HOPE-POWER....*

I played youth or high school level sports
Played Rugby 5 Years Primary school 5 Years High School After High School Played a while club Rugby.. Then got hooked to gyming and how amazing it is to transform your body...but NEVER could see myself posing on stage...Then Lack of Motivation... Then i found CrossFit yeaaaah* my training partner introduced me... ever sense i have been hooked like Crazy all that i want to do...

My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
Just can't get enough train alomost everyday... Suffering but Love it... The Harder i Train.... The Harder it is going to Beat me*

Not Long enough... Always Room for Improvement
