I joined CrossFit in August 2012 and loved it. Hit a bump in the road called the holidays then recommitted in January and went 100% Paleo in Feb. In 32 days I lost 7.2 lbs of fat and put on 1.7lbs of muscle and fell in love with this lifestyle. I signed up for the open then found out a week before the first workout I was pregnany! Even though I feel like I have to keep my best around 90% I am still loving doing the open. Good luck to all you Crossfitters out there!
