I am a chiropractor and ART provider. I work mostly with an athletic population in North Vancouver, but specifically with many CrossFit athletes, MMA athletes, dancers and also I work with the SFU teams. I train mostly for fun and to keep up with my 4 kids! I try to also stay active in Martial Arts, cycling, surfing and skiing.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Mostly Paleo with some additions like plain organic yogurt, cheese, and occasional organic granola.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

Ski raced. 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Also raced mountain bikes.
