How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
Flexible dieting has changed my crossfit/weightlifting career for the best. I no longer feel the need to have "cheat days" because I'm getting in the right amount of nutrients with the right amount of cheats when I can.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I started my Crossfit training at Crossfit Stealth in New Brunswick, NJ in November 2012. I remember being extremely intimidated when I walked in the door but after my first On-Ramp course I was hooked! Unfortunately I moved from the area in December to Philadelphia where I found Crossfit 215. I've continued my training (5-6 time per week) and have already made huge steps to becoming a better athlete.
