I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat mostly Paleo. Listen to my body on which carbs I need and when, minimal though.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

I regularly play recreational sports
Runner and sprint triathloner before Crossfit. Now run a 5K or 10K here and there.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
First time doing Crossfit was in Tulsa, OK while there for a wedding. Liked it and started doing it as best I could at Lifetime Fitness where I had a membership. Officially made the switch to Plymouth Crossft in Feb 2011.
