How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I adhere to the pale I diet of eating fresh whole foods. I eat as much as I can and make sure all of it is from local farms.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I am in the advanced athlete program at Crossfit Central in Austin, Texas.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played high school level football for two and half years, I then went on to train in martial arts for a year in Muay Thai/american style Kickboxing. I did P-90x for awhile and got bored of seeing little results. Then decided Crossfit was right for me.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit has helped me accomplish a state of physical and mental awareness I have never fully achieved in the past. I have come a long way from being almost 200 pounds over weigh and clinically obese with a subsaquent amount of liver damage to having no problems and recovering from all the damage I had done.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I train two days a week and rest the other five days.
