How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat from My Fit Foods. The meals are already weighed out, they are fresh, and they are low glycemic. I dont eat red meats, grains (Quonoa as an exception), or dairy products. I eat a 5 times a day, two of which are snacks.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout at Crossfit Central on Burnet rd. two times a week.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played high school level football for two and half years, I then went on to train in martial arts for a year in Muay Thai/american style Kickboxing. I did P-90x for awhile and got bored of seeing little results. Then decided Crossfit was right for me.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
Crossfit has done quite a lot in improving my health and well being. I have toned up to a solid 198 pounds coming all the way from two years ago resting at 275 pounds of almost all fat. Crossfit has given me irrefutable results and a new outlook on the future of my health, wellness, and fitness.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I strictly schedule my rest days
I train two days a week and rest the other five days.
