I started doing CrossFit in July of 2012 after competing in triathlons, the martial arts and marathons for many years. In 2014 I decided to follow my passion for CrossFit to the next level and sold my investment management business after 17 years as a financial adviser to open my own affiliate Country Spirit CrossFit with my family. It is better than I could have ever imagined! I live on a 26 acre farm in Chelsea, Michigan with my wife of 25 years and three daughters.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I have played high school basketball. I have run 4 marathons including Boston, Completed two half Ironman and one full Ironman triathlons. I have a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and have studied several other martial arts for over 10 years.
