How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
Living in dorms makes it challenging to eat strict Paleo, but I do my best. 80/20 is what I try to do.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I have a coach who determines my programming
I incorporate CrossFit.com workouts

North Rim Crossfit all the way! Coach and regional level athlete Ryan Hignell is my amazing coach and has helped me learn so much throughout doing Crossfit, i've gotten so much stronger and gained so much more endurance training with him at his gym.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Ultimate Frisbee, football, anything my friends want to do. I focus mainly on Crossfit, though.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
I began and still have a coach for Crossfit, as will I probably always. I plan on getting my level 1 Cert soon and hopefully being able to teach classes.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
With school and work it's hard to get to classes, but I try to go at least 3-4 if not 5 times a week. If I can't make it I just do a home workout.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Before I started I was very out of shape and kinda pudgy, now i'm in great shape and living my life to what I should be doing!
