I found Crossfit about 3 years ago. A mom of 2 girls I was looking for something as I went into my 40's to get in shape and lose that post child weight. I found a community, encouraging people and that sense of competition I had playing sports when I was young. I do wish I had found CF in my twenties.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I started eating paleo in October 2012. I have lost 14 pounds. I do slip so strict is probably not completely accurate. I try hard to choose whole food choices and have cut out processed foods.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I strictly schedule my rest days
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I have been doing 2 CF workouts a week since taking the summer off from an injury. I supplement with Kettlebell and yoga workouts.
