I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat a clean and natural diet. Lots of lean protein and vegetables.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I cannot express how thankful I am for the support, patience and knowledge I received from my coach Dan Wells and all my coaches at Crossfit Horsepower. I was powerful but lacked flexibility and cardiovascular endurance and the coaches turned me into a functional, lean and explosive athlete.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I like to split my workouts between Crossfit WOD's and Cardio.

Began this journey June 2012
