How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I'm a classically trained chef; I make everything taste good. 85% clean/paleo. 15% convenient/yummy/boozy. I drink. A LOT.
How I Train
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
Running, gym weights, crossfit, biking, swimming, dog park. Just like dat.
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I regularly play recreational sports
Endurance athlete. Rowing, 16 marathons, Ironman and half-Ironman triathlete. Navy Rescue Swimmer. I like to suffer.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I strictly schedule my rest days
