How I Eat
I strive to maintain a Primal Diet during the work week. On the weekend I allow some cheat elements but try to keep my primary meals clean.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I record my workouts
If work allows I try to add in additional "sustain cardio"( ie: run, swim, or hike) and strength work(need to use my globo membership for something)
My Athletic Background
I played youth or high school level sports
I played college sports
I competed in Track&Field and played Basketball in High School. In college I competed in Track&Field for 2 years in the 400m Hurdles and as member of the 1500m relay team.
