As I was lying in the hospital bed on July 5 2011, after just breaking my tibia and fibula, I thought the best way to prove to myself that I'm recovered would be to get into crossfit. Keeping the story simple, here I am.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I did 30 days of paleo in February. I've regressed a little but stick to this program about 80% of the time.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
workouts 3-4 times per week, in the last 4 months strictly with Crossfit Altitude. Starting a 3-month strength program on March 11, 2013.
My Athletic Background
I regularly play recreational sports
Snowboarding, mountain biking, road biking, hiking
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started with Crossfit Altidude in October 2012. The gains I've made so far in strength and endurance, and the losses in body fat, have been significant. I only expect greater things as I improve in all areas.
