I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I stick to the 80/20 Paleo diet.
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
workouts 3-4 times per week, in the last 4 months strictly with Crossfit Altitude.

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
Started with Crossfit Altidude in October 2012. The gains I've made so far in strength and endurance, and the losses in body fat, have been significant. I only expect greater things as I improve in all areas.
