I'm not new to CrossFit, as I discovered it several years ago and it changed my life big time. But due to a lot of stupid moves and some health issues, I laid off for a while and in the process, put on a lot of weight. Now I'm struggling to get back to where I was, and at this age, when the metabolism slows down, it's difficult. But I am NOT giving up. I saw some miraculous things when I've competed in the Open before, from getting some first moves in Open, such as my first Chest-to-bar pull ups when literally the day before, I couldn't do a single one. I'm hoping to get some of that "mojo" back.
