How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I workout mostly at home, work, or a traditional gym
An odd mix of running, hot yoga, and crossfit to keep me feeling the best that I can. I used to only do crossfit but found that I had hit a wall I couldnt get past for some reason or another. Once I threw in the hot yoga, my range of motion, recovery, and overall strength got a huge boost. The running helps keep me (somewhat) sane and is a big part of my job now.
