I love all things athletic. I grew up playing sports. After college, there were few outlets for female athletes, so I started running a lot. I love marathons and this fall celebrated my 33rd birthday by running my first ultra with good friends. I started doing crossfit as a way to supplement my running and ended up loving it. My CFR family rocks. And even better, I get to do this with my husband, Clay, the love of my life. I thank God every day for this great opportunity.
How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I like food. A lot.
How I Train
I usually do my affliate's workout, strength/skill work, and do some on my own at home or at school during my lunch break. I really like to run.

I played college sports
I played volleyball and softball for 4 years at Malone College along with a year of basketball there as well.

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
