How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I am mostly paleo, with a few indulgences here and there. I eat well so I can train hard! Body = temple!
How I Train
I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate
I am also a runner. I completed a life-long milestone last year by running the Rock and Roll Capital Marathon in St. Patty's day. I am also looking forward to the Cherry Blossom 10-miler in April!

I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My boyfriend has been doing Cross Fit for 3+ years. He brought me in one night to watch a WOD, and I've been hooked every since! I've been with Trident for 9 months now, and love every day I get to come to the Box!
