My Athletic Background
I have no athletic background besides CrossFit
Never worked out nor participated in any sports until last April 2012 when I took up running, bootcamp style workouts, and then crossfit in Sept. 25, 2012.
My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
My Work/Rest Schedule
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
I typically rest 4 or more days per month
I work out about 5 days per week. Rest 1 full day and take an active rest on 2nd day like going for a run or outdoor activity such as kayaking.
How long have you been doing CrossFit?
Less than 6 months
Strict crossfit for 5 months exactly.
