How I Eat
I eat quality foods but don't measure the amount
I eat 1-3 full cheat meals per week
I'm addicted to peanut butter. It's a problem. I also buy 2 pounds of Amish bacon from Kriegers twice a month.. Not as bad of a problem.

I workout mostly at a CrossFit Affiliate

My Experience With CrossFit
I began CrossFit with a coach (e.g. at an affiliate)
I have had a life changing experience due to CrossFit
First WOD was in Sanger, TX at Crossfit Driven- Bruce and Teri Elsey (owners) are the bomb!!! Got me hooked.
My Work/Rest Schedule
I usually only do 1 workout a day
I do multiple workouts in a day 3+ times a week
You can rest when you're dead.
